The venue is flat. It is open. There are disabled toilets which work on the Radar key system. There are ramps to the only building that is ever so slightly higher than ground level. Access, as far as reasonably practicable should not be an issue.
|CHILDREN AND OTHER PETS
Since this an outdoor event children and pets (on leads) are welcome.
|FOOD & DRINK
There will be catering vans with plently of choice. Two outside bars will be provided.
If you are an outdoorsy type, and want to save a few bob, bring a tent. Vehicles near tents will be permitted.
In order for us to be able to allow public camping this year, we have to ticket camping in advance. Please see the Camping Information Page.
Those who are not camping but wish to join and socialise with friends are likely to be of two categories:
1.) Those who are staying in a hotel – Please bring something to show security/stewards that although you are entering the camping area, you’re not stopping the night. Room key, booking confirmation etc etc
2.) Those who live close enough to leave for home – Please bring something showing your home address
If you’re dead posh, or cannot get any shut eye without starched sheets and plumped pillows, there are a number of hotels and B&Bs nearby. Check out LateRooms.com for a random selection of local accomodation…
There are plenty of FREE cashpoints within easy walking distance – see this map for details.
